A large open space with traditional stone floor and huge working inglenook fireplace. You will find a 40'' flat screen t.v with access to Netflix, catch up TV and a number of games, puzzles and books to keep you entertained.

DINING ROOM

This cosy space has restored parquet flooring and a big rustic farmhouse table as its centre piece.

KITCHEN

Contemporary emerald units, granite worktops and fully equipped. Tea, coffee, sugar and all the essentials will be ready for your arrival.

3 BEDROOMS

A double, a junior double and a large master lead off a central hall. Each bedroom is individually styled and bursting with original features.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a traditional freestanding bathtub and separate walk in shower. The room boasts original floorboards, exposed beams and Cotswold stone wall.

In addition to the bathroom, there is a downstairs cloakroom.

COURTYARD GARDEN

A private walled courtyard garden leads out from the dining room. With sun all day, it is perfect for summer staycations.
